Beasiswa Pemerintah Cina

Beasiswa Pemerintah Cina adalah program beasiswa yang digulirkan oleh pemerintah Cina untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dan sarjana dari seluruh dunia untuk melakukan studi dan penelitian di universitas Cina. Beasiswa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan saling pengertian dan persahabatan antara masyarakat Cina dan warga negara lain dari seluruh dunia dan untuk mengembangkan komunikasi dan kerjasama antara China dan seluruh dunia dalam bidang Pendidikan, Kebudayaan Teknologi, dan Ekonomi.

Berikut ini adalah informasi beasiswa Pemerintah Cina untuk kuliah di Nanjing University program S2 dan S3.

China Government Scholarship ”Nanjing University Master and PhD Program”

Chinese Government Scholarship is a scholarship set up by the Chinese government to facilitate students and scholars from all over the world to conduct their study and research in Chinese universities. The scholarship aims to increase the mutual understanding and friendship between people of China and people from the rest of the world and to develop the communication and cooperation between China and the rest of the world in the field of Education, Technology, Culture and Economics.

From the year 2008 under approval of the Ministry of Education of China, Nanjing University will start to offer Chinese Government Scholarships to outstanding master or PhD students. Nanjing University is one of the top universities in China under the direct supervision of Ministry Education of China. Nanjing University was founded in the year 1902 and it is well-known for its strong academic portfolio and outstanding professors.

Nanjing University is located in the heart of a historical city Nanjing. It is surrounded by a beautiful scenery, excellent environment and accessible transportation. The University is currently host to 23 schools and 65 departments offering 162 majors for master degrees and 93 PhD degrees. A master degree takes 3 years while a PhD degree takes 3 to 4 years. Nanjing University uses a credit system, acquiring the total number of credits for the degree and successfully passing the oral defense of the Graduation Paper for a student to graduate.

QUALIFICATIONS

(1) Academic Background: Applicant must have completed a four-year undergraduate degree for master degree pursuer and a master degree or equivalent for PhD degree pursuer.

(2) Chinese Language: Applicant must be willing to learn Chinese language, if applicable, and receive education in Chinese language.

(3)　Health: Applicant must be mentally and physically healthy.

TERM OF SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship will be tenable for three years and four years from the date of award for masters’ degree and PhD degree, respectively. One-year preparatory education in Chinese language prior to grantees’ study of his major will be provided with full scholarship benefits if deemed necessary.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
(1) Allowance: Grantee will be provided a monthly stipend of RMB 1,700 and RMB 2,000 for masters’ degree student and PhD degree student, respectively.
(2) School Fees: Fees for matriculation and tuition will be paid by the Chinese government.
(3) Health Insurance: A health insurance will be provided to the grantee by CSC for the entire duration of his/her scholarship.
(4) Accommodation: A free accommodation will be provided to a grantee in the International Dormitory of the University for the entire duration of the scholarship.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants must log on the on-line application system to do an on-line registration and application（laihua.csc.edu.cn）. After fill in the application form on-line (agency number for Nanjing University is 10284), applicant must click the “submit” button and print out application from the application system. After the on-line application is complete, applicants must submit the following documents to the Scholarship Coordinator (address below) by the required date. The submitted documents will not be returned.

(1)　Printed Applicationform with recent photograph
(2)　Certified true-copy of Academic transcript and Diploma of highest degree obtained (English Translation is need if transcript and diploma were in language other than Chinese and English)
(3)　Two recommendation letter from adviser/professor of the last school attended
(4) Medical certificate (Download)
(5) Printed “Code for International Scholarship Students of Nanjing University” with applicant’s signature. (Download)

The above documents must be written in English. Any document written in any other language must be attached with an English or Chinese translation.

Applications are accepted from October 15th 2011 to December 15th 2011. Notification of successful applicants will be posted on the official web site of the Institute for International Students Nanjing University in March 2012. School year starts from 1st of September, 2012.

Beasiswa Beijing Foreign Scholarship di Capital University of Economics and Business(CUEB)

Pemerintah Kota Beijing menyediakan “Beijing Foreign Student Scholarship” untuk menarik pelajar asing yang berbakat untuk belajar dan melakukan penelitian di Beijing, serta mengembangkan persahabatan dengan warga RRT. Program ini diharapkan lebih lanjut dapat berdampak pada banyak hal seperti pengembangan sosial warga Beijing, politik, ekonomi, budaya, pendidikan dan mewujudkan cita-cita Beijing sebagai kota Metropolitan Internasional, dan mengembangkan daya saing kota Beijing.

Visi, Misi den Strategi Pemerintah Kota Beijing dalam hal pemberian beasiswa untuk peneliti dan pelajar asing, sejalan dengan rencana strategi Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB)dalam upaya internasionalisasi program pendidikan tingginya. CUEB merupakan Universitas Komprehensif dengan konsentrasi kajian utarna dibidang Ekonomi dan Manajemen dan salah satu universitas yang berkategori “Key University” di RRT yang berlokasi di kawasan Central Bussiness District (CBD) Beijing, dengan jurnlah mahasiswa sekitar 20.000 orang dan 600 mahasiswa asing yang berasal dari 76 negara. CUEB memiliki 34 Program Studi Sarjana, 28 Program Studi Magister, dan 9 Program Studi Doktor. Beberapa Institut Riset berafiliasi dengan CUEB, seperti Institute of Economics, Population Studies, Capital Economy and Real Estate Studies, WTO Research Center.

CUEB menyediakan Beijing Foreign Student Scholarship dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut :
a. Beasiswa Beijing Foreign Student Scholarship:

1. Beasiswa ini berkategori Partial Scholarship yang hanya meliputi pembebasan biaya kuliah dengan rincian sebagai berikut :
   1. Program Doktor dan Magister, dibebaskan 100% uang kuliah (tuition fee);
   2. Program Sarjana dibebaskan 90% uang kuliah (tuition fee) atau senilai RMB. 20.000,- ;
   3. Program Bahasa dibebaskan 50% uang kuliah (tuition fee) atau senilai RMB. 10.000,-;
2. Mahasiswa penerima beasiswa (Doktor / Magister / Sarjana) setiap tahunnya akan dilakukan evaluasi hasil belajar, bila tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan akademik beasiswa akan diberhentikan.

b. Beasiswa untuk program Doktor dan Magister dengan durasi beasiswa selama 3 tahun; Beasiswa program Sarjana dengan durasi 4 tahun dan beasiswa program bahasa mandarin dengan durasi selama 1 tahun.

c. Semua perkuliahan akan diberikan dengan bahasa pengantar Bahasa Mandarin, kecuali program Magister bidang Ekonomi akan diberikan dalarn bahasa inggris.

d. Kualifikasi Pelamar:

1. Pelamar bukan Warga Negara RRC dan dalam kondisi Sehat
2. Latar belakang pendidikan dan usia:
   1. Kandidat Doktor harus memiliki ijazah Magister dan usia dibawah 55 tahun;
   2. Kandidat Magister harus rnemiliki ijazah Sarjana dan usia dibawah 55 tahun;
   3. Kandidat Sarjana harus memiliki ijazah SMA dan usia dibawah 55 tahun;
   4. Mahasiswa program Bahasa Mandarin harus memiliki ijazah SMA dan usia dibawah 55 tahun;
   5. Kandidat yang sedang mernperoleh beasiswa dari Pemerintah RRT atau Pemerintah RI dan kandidat yang Drop-out tidak termasuk kategori penerima beasiswa.

e. Berkas Lamaran:
Berkas lamaran beasiswa harus dilengkapi dengan dokumen sebagai berikut:

1. Formulir pendaftaran untuk belajar di CUEB
2. Salinan ljazah terakhir dan transkrip akademik dalam Bahasa Inggris yang telah dilegalisir
3. Pelamar yang sudah bekerja, harus menyertakan surat keterangan dari instansi-nya dalam Bahasa Inggris atau Mandarin
4. Kandidat Doktor dan magister harus menyertakan 2 surat rekomendasi dari Professor atau Associate Professor dalam Bahasa Inggris atau Mandarin.
5. Membuat Rencana Studi atau penelitian yang ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris atau Mandarin (minimal 400 kata).
6. Salinan basil tes kesehatan

f. Semua berkas persyaratan dan formulir pendaftaran dikirimkan ke KBRI Beijing,
alamat: No.4 Dongzhimenwai Dajie Chaoyang District Beijing 100600, PRC, atau melalui email: atdik.beijing@gmail.com / atdik.beijing@yahoo.com. Berkas lamaran harus sudah diterima sebelum tanggal tanggal 28 Nopember 2011 untuk semester Musim Semi, dan sebelum tanggal 28 Mei 2012untuk semester Musim Gugur.

g. Pengumuman penerima Beasiswa
Kandidat penerima beasiswa akan dikirim admission notice dan formulir pengajuan Visa Belajar di RRT (JW 202) via pos diakhir bulan Juni dan Desember.
